CAREGIVERS’ SUITE (NURSING MOTHERS’ ROOM)
CIES supports the right of women to breastfeed in public spaces and across our conference meeting facility. Additionally, we will provide a private lactation room on-site at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco for nursing mothers and caregivers to use as needed. The room location will be identified in the final program materials.
ON-SITE CHILDCARE
In an effort to facilitate the participation of CIES members with children, CIES 2019 San Francisco welcomes participants to bring academically-minded accompanying children to sessions and conference events. We are also able to offer subsidized on-site childcare, to be managed by nationally-recognized and fully accredited childcare provider, KiddieCorp.
At CIES 2019 San Francisco, KiddieCorp will offer high-quality activities for children ranging in age from infants to pre-teens. Childcare services will be provided on-site at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco in a comfortable, secure room with over 1300 square feet of space. Located in a semi-private corridor with restrooms adjacent, the childcare room will be easily accessible to parents as they navigate between conference sessions.
Conference registrants will be able to enroll their children for on-site childcare between Monday, April 15, 2019, and Thursday, April 18, 2019; please note that services will not be available on pre-conference day, Sunday, April 14. There will be a flat $15 registration fee per child, plus an additional subsidized rate of $10 per hour. Click on the button below to go directly to the KiddieCorp registration portal.
